Good cyber security supports customer retention
|
|
|
In this issue...
In this issue we explore how strong cyber security can help your customer retention, especially for B2B businesses: a breach can mean lost clients. We’re also excited to welcome a great mix of new organisations to the Psybersafe programme. Plus, hear what our long-term learners have to say about their training experience!

Good cyber security means you keep your customers
In our blog this month we look at the ways customers react to a cyber breach. As individuals, inertia is more likely to drive our behaviour – basically, we stay loyal to businesses, even after they’ve had a negative cyber event. So losing many customers doesn’t always follow a cyber attack.
But business customers don’t suffer from inertia. If they think you’ve put their business at risk, they’ll go elsewhere. Quickly. So, if you run a B2B organisation, you are far more likely to lose customers if your cyber security isn’t up to scratch. And that’s where we can help. You can read the full blog here.

Hear what our learners are saying!
At Psybersafe, we love hearing how our learners experience their training. That’s why we continuously gather feedback throughout the program to ensure it’s engaging, effective, and impactful. As some of our learners reach their fourth year of training, we’ve been asking them to share their thoughts – and here’s what they have to say!

A huge thank you to all our learners for their insights and commitment to staying cyber-safe. Your feedback helps us keep Psybersafe engaging and effective year after year!
