Hi , welcome back.

This month we're talking about compliance and why most of it quietly gathers dust. The goal was never more folders. It's actual behaviour change.  Let's make that happen.

Your compliance programme is a library. Nobody reads it.

Most compliance programmes are impressively organised.  Policies filed, training completed, tick boxes ticked.  And yet, nothing much changes.

Sound familiar?

The problem isn't effort.  It's that compliance built around paperwork doesn't change what people actually do on a Monday morning under pressure.  There's a better way.  We've written about it. It won't take long to read, and it might change how you think about the whole thing.

Three key learnings from our May blog

Stop treating compliance as a paperwork problem.

Apply the COM-B lens. Most training covers knowledge but skips time, prompts, and motivation.

Make behaviours visible. Reinforce and remove friction.
